Luke Feldman is a Founding Partner of Three Lions Real Estate Group. He specializes in commercial brokerage, investment sales, and land acquisitions/dispositions, with a focus on office, retail, and land assets across Northeast Florida. Luke oversees the entire transaction process—from strategic marketing and financial underwriting to negotiations and due diligence—ensuring seamless execution for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than $150 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to co-founding Three Lions, Luke worked for NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville. He began his career at Front Street, a boutique commercial real estate firm that was later acquired by Avison Young.

Luke has advised private investors, national homebuilders, medical and professional users on transactions ranging from medical office leases and investment sales to large-scale residential land developments. In addition, he has completed leasing and sales transactions for medical and office properties throughout Jacksonville, representing both owners and tenants.

Dedicated to driving the growth of Three Lions Real Estate Group, Luke also focuses on building long-term relationships and expanding the firm’s service platform, which now includes property management and residential services in addition to its core brokerage and investment business.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business. He also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognized globally for expertise in commercial real estate investment and financial analysis.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida, NAIOP Northeast Florida, and the CCIM Institute.
