Born in White Plains, New York, Mimi has spent most of her life in Jacksonville, where San Marco has always been at the heart of her story. Growing up, she created countless memories in the neighborhood’s parks and streets—flying kites and watching hot air balloons lift off at Alexandria Oaks, skating and climbing trees at Fletcher Park, and exploring River Oaks Road on long adventures to her uncle’s home on the river. With family ties to Stockton, Whatley, and Davin, who helped shape the community, Mimi’s connection to San Marco runs deep.

Her love for real estate began early, leading her to earn both her sales and broker associate licenses in the 1970s.
