Price joined Three Lions Real Estate Group in 2024 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Prior to joining Three Lions, Price’s professional career focused on commercial real estate appraisal, beginning with Lampe, Roy & Associates, Inc. in 1999. Appraisal assignments included the valuation of vacant and improved commercial and industrial properties, conservation easements, eminent domain interests, transitional properties, leasehold and leased fee interests, partial interests, and access/utility corridors. Consulting assignments included market analysis, market rent studies, feasibility analysis, and residential subdivision analysis. While at this company, Price obtained his real estate broker’s license. In 2004, he joined Zac Ryan Appraisal Services, Inc., where he specialized in the appraisal of large acreage rural tracts, transitional land, and conservation easements. In 2011, he formed his own real estate company, Pickett Property Group, Inc., continuing to focus on the appraisal of large, rural tracts and conservation easements.

Price was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He moved to Jacksonville in 1999 after attending Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, obtaining an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Georgia in Athens and an MBA from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville. Price is married to Margaret and has two daughters, Miller and Mary Price.
